Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
Faster delivery for when you need your items sooner.

Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
Our fastest shipping option for urgent orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and your selected shipping method. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within Canada and the United States.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain items.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your door.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@sparkcollaborative.net with your order number, and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
