Track Your Order
Thank you for shopping with ShopByBali! Here's how to check the status of your order at any time.
Step 1 — Check Your Shipping Notification Email
When your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. That email contains a "Track Your Order" button or link — click it to be taken directly to your live order status page, which shows your current fulfillment status and any available carrier tracking information.
Step 2 — View Your Order Status Page
Your Shopify order status page is the most up-to-date source for your shipment. It displays:
- Order confirmation and fulfillment status
- Tracking number and carrier link (once available)
- Estimated shipping progress
If you checked out as a guest, look for the order confirmation or shipping email in your inbox (including your spam or junk folder).
Step 3 — Log In to Your Account
If you created an account at checkout, you can also view all your orders by logging in to your account and navigating to Order History. Click any order to view its current status and tracking details.
Didn't Receive a Shipping Email?
Please note:
- Orders are typically fulfilled within a few business days of being placed. Fulfillment timelines can vary depending on product availability.
- Tracking information is added by the carrier after your package is picked up — there may be a brief delay before the link becomes active.
- If you cannot locate your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
We do not guarantee specific carrier delivery dates, as transit times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
