SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

United States
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

International (Asia, Africa, and other regions)
- Express International: 10-21 business days depending on destination
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier's system.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are determined by your local customs office.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to Canada, United States, and select international markets. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
